How long does it take to get setup?
Setting up a new client, big or small, is a large financial commitment for any billing company.  It requires careful planning and research to make sure the client does not feel any financial effects later down the road.  On average, please allow a minimum of 30 days for set up.

Do I have to sign an agreement?
Yes, it is a one year term that will auto-renew each year thereafter.

Can I use my existing software?
We offer services that suit your needs the best we can.  That may mean we are allowed access into your current software or we may use ours.  This is a case by case basis.

Do you do credentialing? 
Yes, credentialing services can be requested but are approved on a case by case basis and additional fees will apply. This is not a standard part of our full billing service.
